Brenda’s role at Vantage West Realty is to oversee the entire administration team and manage our conveyancing and accounting needs. She maintains her Broker’s license and ensures that our agents are following the governing rules of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). Not only does Brenda keep the office running smoothly, but she also adds a lot of fun to our workplace. Brenda is always organizing team events and contributes a great deal to the company culture here. She was initially licensed as a Sales Associate in 1990 and went on to get her Managing Broker and Property Management licenses in 1995.

Viola Joined the Vantage West family in 2022 and brought her 25 years of Accounting Experience, Office Management, and Customer Service with her. Prior to joining our team, Viola had owned and operated a successful business with her family. After selling the business Viola worked as the Finance Manager for a Financial Company, the Accounts Manager for a Non-Profit Community Art Centre and an Operation/Finance manager for a Merchandising Company. She is excited to be part of the rapid growth this company is experiencing and is very proud to be part of such an amazing team.

As a business owner for over 20 years, and managing a personal investment portfolio since 2007, Ezra gained one of a kind experiences that allow him to look at the big picture for each of his clients. His passionate approach to the specifics followed with thorough execution lets everyone he works with receive a wealth of information and positive experience.

Lindsay is a success-driven, service-oriented Property Manager with over 20 years of personal real estate experience. Lindsay’s career started in finance and after 10 years of running a successful B.C.-based financial firm, she began pursuing her true passion, purchasing and managing rental real estate investment properties. She brings valuable business and financial skills to the team and has a keen eye for opportunities to increase net operating income and positive cash flow. Innovative but practical, Lindsay’s mix of business management, financial and real estate experience makes her a great asset to the team.

With every move Trevor makes, he always has what’s best for his clients in mind. His genuine pride in his work and his experience as an investor himself gives him the ability to look at the long term to give his clients the best possible outcome for their portfolio. Trevor’s hands on approach lets investors stay well informed on the market while enjoying the most of their time knowing their property is being cared for.

Jessica’s passion for the real estate industry started 18 years ago, when she became a licensed Realtor in Alberta. This prior experience enables Jessica to bring a unique perspective to property management. She can see the potential a property holds for tenants and future owners. This diverse real estate experience along with her business and marketing background have equipped her with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Kelli is a Licensed Property Manager with Vantage West. Over the last few years she has advanced from an assistant, to a Licensed Property Manager gaining an abundance of experience and expertise along the way. Kelli has a background in Human Resources, Family Support Services, and Municipal Government before jumping into her passion of real estate.

Laura is a licensed property manager born and raised in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. With a compassionate nature and a keen interest in real estate investing, she has built a thriving career in property management by putting her clients’ needs first.
With her natural talent for organization and problem-solving, Laura has worked with a diverse range of properties, from micro-suites to multi-unit spaces. Danielle’s journey into property management began at BC Housing in Prince George, where she gained hands-on experience as a building manager. Upon moving to the Okanagan, Danielle joined a small property management firm in Penticton, where she took on diverse roles, from accounting to various administrative tasks, as an unlicensed assistant.

After relocating to Kelowna, Danielle took on an administrative role at a large brokerage, also working as an unlicensed assistant to senior property managers while completing her licensing. This experience allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of the property management process and a strong foundation in the back-end operations, from tenant relations and lease management to complex administrative systems. Now, as a Licensed Property Manager at Vantage West Realty, Danielle combines her extensive background with a client-centered approach, dedicated to delivering professional, attentive property management services.

Raised in Kelowna, Alanna appreciates the Okanagan lifestyle and loves helping others invest and settle here. After earning her MBA, she worked as a commercial real estate analyst in Kelowna, Vancouver, and abroad, gaining deep expertise in income-producing properties. In 2022, she became a licensed property manager and launched a thriving short-term rental company. When STR rules shifted in 2024, she pivoted to long-term rental management to continue serving local owners and tenants. As a property investor and business owner herself, Alanna brings detail-oriented care, strong communication, and marketing savvy to every property she manages.

Garry is a Licensed Property Manager hailing from four different Provinces to land at Vantage West Realty. He built his career from a Property Managers assistant at Vantage West Realty to a Licensed Property Manager. Garry’s energy and enthusiasm are hardwired into his everyday interactions with his clients and every one he meets and everything he does, forging long lasting relationships in every environment. Having lived in the Okanagan area for over 19 years his understanding of its people and the ever changing market coupled with his previous management, home ownership and renovation experience guarantees your property investments are in trusted hands.

Kaitlyn is a licensed Property Manager who proudly calls Kelowna home. With firsthand experience as both a property investor and business owner, she understands the needs of owners and tenants alike. Known for her strong organization, clear communication, and financial insight. Kaitlyn is also a passionate outdoors enthusiast who is deeply focused on building lasting, positive connections with her past, current, and future clients.

After several years working alongside a Licensed Property Manager at Vantage West Property Management, supporting a large residential portfolio, Mikail advanced into his licensed role with hands-on experience across every stage of the rental process, from marketing and tenant placement to maintenance coordination and ongoing oversight. With a background in sales and business ownership, he brings strong negotiation skills and a disciplined, results-driven approach to minimizing risk, controlling expenses, and protecting long-term property performance in the Okanagan rental market while fostering professional, positive tenant relationships.

Keri Afonso is a licensed Property Manager with Vantage West Property Management, bringing years of hands‑on experience since joining the team in 2021 and assisting with a 250‑door portfolio.

Having lived in the Okanagan for more than 50 years, Keri combines deep local knowledge with a practical, people‑first approach to residential management. She is known for her steady communication style, strong operational awareness, and commitment to maintaining well‑run, compliant rental homes.

Outside of work, Keri enjoys golfing, camping, and making the most of the Okanagan lifestyle she’s proud to call home.

Jordell has been part of the Vantage West team since 2022, helping property owners navigate the rental market with confidence. Originally from Penticton, BC, Jordell has called Kelowna home since 2019 and brings a genuine love for the Okanagan lifestyle to his work.
