Wow I highly recommend and trust Christine Loseth from Vantage with our largest investment. Absolutely blown away by the experience and thought process that Chrissy and the team delivered. Outstanding communication, customer service and professionalism. Owning a rental condo in a different city from your primary residence can be stressful. Chrissy took care of everything, from market assessment to help us choose the correct rates, in person inspection, and placed the right tenant in LESS than 15 DAYS. The work didn't end there, she helped the tenant with move in access/security, established a great relationship with the building management staff and collected all rent on time. Communication and trust is everything. The Vantage owners portal is excellent for real time account information, 24/7 and I know we will be quickly informed if needed with a personal touch. I have no regrets with signing up with Christine Loseth as a property manager. She is very professional, easy to communicate with, responds quickly to calls and texts, and very knowledgeable. My first experience with a pm was horrendous as she did not respond to calls and lied to me. Working with Christine was a breath of fresh air. I described her as a 'spitfire' and got me a quality renter within a week. I hope to continue to work with her for the long run.
