I can not express how amazing the team at Vantage West is and how grateful I am for the pleasure of working with them the last couple of years. Trevor Glinsbockle has been my property manager for the entirety of my time with them, and he is fantastic. Trevor is always incredibly kind, respectful, and honest. His compassion and professionalism have made the last two years very pleasant and stress-free. It is so refreshing to work with people that have the best interest of all those involved at heart. I have been a tenant in Kelowna for the better part of 25 years and have certainly had my ups and downs over the years dealing with people. I can't imagine how difficult it can be to ensure that all parties are happy and feel heard when it comes to concerns. While I have had very few concerns or questions come up over the years, Trevor has always been prompt, professional, and compassionate with those concerns. This is likely why there have been very few concerns! I called the office to express how happy I was with everything that Trevor has done for me and even had the pleasure of speaking with his manager Brandon Moase. He too was spectacularly kind and was pleased that I took the time to call. He was so down to earth and we even ended up chatting about our holidays. I never felt rushed or dismissed, even though I'm sure he was very busy. I really can't say enough about how great the whole team is at Vantage. No matter who you deal with, there is such a high level of integrity and kindness that I have yet to see with any other company. Whether you are a homeowner or a tenant, I highly recommend Vantage West. They treat you with the utmost respect, patience, and hospitality. If I would give them 6 stars I could.
